3D model description

I have a few Tyco and Athearn flatbed cars that carry short Santa Fe piggyback trailers. Some of the locking ramps were missing. I designed these to replace them.
In the pics is an original ramp (orange) that came with the cars. Mine are the PLA MAX grey ones I made to replace the missing ones. The original ramps had pins on the bottom to lock into the stake holes in the bed. I didn't attach them to mine because I was afraid the bottom wouldn't stay flat while printing.
I measured and drilled (4, 2 on each end) 1mm holes through the ramps. I then cut & glued Evergreen StripStyreene # 132 into the holes and glued them to the ramp from the top with med density Gorilla Super Glue. Once the glue hardened (I waited till overnight), I then cut off the connecting tab shown in the 6th & 7th pics.
After a little sanding and paint, they shouldn't even be noticeable.

3D printing settings

The unit measures 72x 38x 4.2mm.
I printed with PLA MAX on an Anycubic Mega X FDM printer.
It was designed in FreeCad and gcoded with Cura 4.13.1.
I printed this as a single that took approximately 1.5 M
of filament and took just under an hour to print.
