This house model represents the house where I lived from 2002 to 2014. This building is my true home and harbors many beautiful memories of my life.

The individual floors and the roof can be clicked into place.

Description of the 3D file

The modeling of the model took 3 years and is still available for free download. I want this building concept to be passed on to the world and not forgotten. That means I encourage you to share the model with your friends. The roof has a true-to-scale roof tile structure. The structure was reconstructed on the basis of technical drawings, measurement data and photos

History of the building

The Struckmannshaus was a brick farmhouse. It was built in 1889 by an unknown architect. In the 1960s, the house was converted into a residential building and renovated to the state of the art at the time. When I was last there, there were still remnants from the 1960s, e.g. a Valliant night storage heater and the double-glazed single-glazed windows in the blue room. Where the large hallway was with the two stables, the rooms were converted into a spacious living room and the kitchen was converted in the left-hand stable.

The two rooms at the front, which were the original living rooms, and the kitchen at the entrance on the right-hand side of the building were converted together into a granny apartment. In the 1990s, the Struckmannshaus was given an extension on the left-hand side of the building with a breezeway, guest WC, carport, utility room and a room.
