he Regular Army was the military arm of the Earth Federation transitional government. Its de jure supreme commander was the Chief of the Regular Army, a civilian official who heads the Joint Operations Headquarters. Its forces were divided into garrisons. Known garrisons included the Far Eastern Garrison, the North American Garrison, and the European Garrison. Each garrison was further divided into Army, Air Force, Navy, and Space Force. Some of its other divisions included the Intelligence Division, the Joint Military Police Headquarters, and the Strategic Intelligence Agency. The P.F. Squad and the S.P.A.R.R.R.O.W.S were special forces units belonging to the Joint Operations Headquarters and the Intelligence Agency, respectively. The Strategic Intelligence Agency was founded to compete with the Intelligence Division, which some feared was becoming too self-reliant by having its own combat unit. Though many of its functions overlapped with those of the Intelligence Division, its agents often carried out the dangerous mission of willingly being captured to supply friendlies with ammunition and heavy weapons. Rumi Aikawa was also a member of the Strategic Intelligence Agency. They are at war with the Rebel Army for the most part and are trying to maintain world peace while fending off numerous supernatural and alien calamities. The Regular Army is also known for its large and advanced Super Vehicles (mechanical, animal, or stolen) and their advanced experimental weapons.
