3D model description

IR Tracker Frame fitting three SFH485P EMITTER LED

All LEDs are soldered in line together with a 10 Ohm resistor to keep current at 100mA at 5V from an USB power supply.

The SFH485P EMITTER are quite bright and are creating lens flare if use without diffusor. In addition the diffusor increases the visibility from side.

Dimensions are the defaut of opentrack Point tracker 1.1

I use an old Logitech C500 Camera and replaced the IR Filter by an IR pass filter made of an old photo negative

3D printing settings

Printed in PLA ... if the printer is not too fast, the diffusors prints without support "ok-ish"
