3D model description

  • Built this for my KTM 790 Adventure R to protect the rear brake-fluid reservoir from being damaged while riding offroad in woods and stones etc.
  • It will fit any KTM 790/890 R and / or S version from 2019 onwards
  • You will need to use slightly longer M5x16 screw, because the original one is too short. I use mine M5x16 Torx T25 from my licence plate :) because I have replaced them as well.

3D printing settings

  • Printed as it is with the KTM 790 letters placed on your heated bed.
  • It prints fairly nice without any supports, but if you want it super smooth use supports of your choice
  • This particular Orange piece was printed with PLA 210C Hot End 65C, Heated bed , 100% Infill, on my old Ender3 Pro V1
  • My print time was approx 2hrs
  • For extended durability I suggest you to print this with my favorite NYLON filament! :)
