3D model description

This cube tower, designed as a windmill, is interactive!
The dice can be thrown into the chimney. The windmill blades can be turned and allow individual dice to fall out of the tower.

While playing some Pen and Paper, I started with printing various assets for me and my friends. When I was looking for a dice tower, I always thought that even though they look cool, you actually just throw the dice 'by hand'. I wanted a dice tower with the dice already in it. And if I need a roll, I can just turn the tower and get as many dice as I need.

Because I couldn't find anything like it, I designed this interactive windmill dice tower.
It fits Dice up to size 25mm and will release one dice after another while turning the windmill.

Assembly:
The mill needs to be assembled before use. Print all the parts individually:
Assemble the Winglets and the shaft first.
Assemble the shaft and the dice wheel.
Insert the wheel in to bottom part of the mill.
Put the upper part of the mill on top.
Use glue where necessary to join parts together.

3D printing settings

Printed in 100% size. Other sizes might not fit your dice correctly.

Printed using PLA and PETG. Other material should work too.

Layer height 0.2mm or to your liking of detail.

Make sure to have thick perimeters or enough infill to support the big walls.

IMPORTANT:
No Supports inside the print! Otherwise the dice channel might get blocked and will be impossible to remove.

The print is fairly big and not too dificult in general. Use your prefered settings for quality. Lot of material is used, make sure to have enough left on your roll.

Minimum Print Area: 200x225x185
