3D model description

This is a scale up TOM. Its 500mm X 640mm X 640mm. Since I need a bigger build Platform I have decided to upscale my TOM.

It is still in developement progress.

3D printing settings

This scale up TOM uses 2020 extrusion. Uses 10 x 640mm and 6 x 460mm 2020 extrusion. 2 x 10mm OD Linear bearing, 4 x 10mm OD linear bearing with assy, 6 x 10mm(OD) x 500mm shaft, 2 x 5mm(OD) x 580mm, Shaft support and some printed parts (still in progresss).

- Bearing mount changed because Z axis shaft touching Y-axis drive shaft.

- Replaced Top Extrusion with Flat Mount.

- SC10W mounting holes realligned.

- Y-axis Motor Mount.

Remove Z axis support shafts and replaced with lead screw 8mm/rev.

Extended the length for Z-axis Platform support. Some Issue on inserting the screw. Need to modify.
Shifted Extruder board to top with holder assy.
Added Safety Cut-off Board holder bracket.
Changed Extruder assy on X-axis - Width extended, belt mounting changed, Stronger assy.

Changed Platform installation method by repositioning the extrusion and without using printed parts.
Laser module added.
Minor update on X-axis assy that is not engaging end stop.
