This is an adapter that allows you to use 12oz Gatorade bottles as hoppers for most hopper Fed gel blasters.

This adapter fits into any hopper-fed gel blaster feed neck that uses generic screw thread hoppers. Most have a grenade-style shape, but this also works with the Gel Blaster Surge, Surge XL, Starfire and Starfire feedneck.

This also works with the glow gel adapter for hopper-fed gel blasters.

3D printing settings

  • Most materials will work
  • Print upside down (wide end down)
  • Use support material to support the threads. Printing at 0.1mm layer height does not require support material
  • 0.1 to 0.2 mm layer height (smaller layer height will result in better thread quality)
  • 50%+ Infill
  • Strong wall thickness is important
