Hardware required:
M5-0.8x16mm Hex Socket Head Cap x1

Tools:
4mm Allen key
Plastic Trim removal kit

This mount replaces the driver side vent top flap (should be the same for LHD and RHD vehicles). Photos are only for installation. The mount uses the supplied nut, ball and bracket from the Cobb Accessport.

Instructions:

Part 1: Removal of OEM Vent
1. Use a plastic trim removal tool to remove vent. Will pop out.
2. Remove the fascia, note the orientation as it will need to go back on the same way. (One of the 3 tabs is longer as shown in the photos)
3. Remove vent from outer shell
4. Remove black ring, note orientation. (Tabs are the equal on one side and mismatched on the other)
5. Remove vent flaps, pull from the end of the flap and lift to get it out of its socket. (Flaps should come out together as shown in the pictures) Unclip the bottom flap from the pivot.

Part 2: Reassembly
1. Install Cobb Mount Flap and bottom flap
2. Tilt Cobb Mount Flap forward and install the black ring to the vent assembly
3. Install M5 bolt into the back of the Mount Flap until snug, ensure the flap is secure
4. Place vent into outer shell
5. Install Fascia noting orientation
6. Reinstall into vehicle
7. Using the Cobb supplied bracket, place the lock nut onto the ball and push it into the Flap socket. Thread the nut until the ball is secured
