3D model description

Peugoet 504 designed for TT120 (1:120th scale)

The model is highly detailed and suitable for scaling up to 1/32th scale. Any larger than this and the wall thickness may be undesirable.

The STL files included are;
Axle front
Axle Rear
Body
Front Bumper
Rear Bumper
Body_fixed (this is a version of the body with integrated bumpers)
Chassis
Steering Wheel
Wheels
Windows

Modelling skills, tools and paints are required to assemble and finish the model.

TIPS:
The axle files are only intended as a guide for axle length. It is better to use 1mm steel wire for the axles. The method I use is to superglue the first wheel to the wire axle, then pass the axle through the chassis and trim the axle to length before superglueing the second wheel.

I printed the bodies, chassis and wheels in anycubic standard grey resin and printed the windows in Siraya Tech Simple Clear. I fully cured the body before assembly. Once the windows had been printed and cleaned, I fitted them into the body while they were still flexible and applied a thin coat of clear resin as a varnish before curing.
