3D model description

This system is used to germinate and grow vegetables and other plants inside using LED grow light (Search Amazon BOBL3FHXQG0) panels and incorporates a variable speed fan (Search Amazon BOBG4CCR4V) to circulate air and harden off the plants as they mature. The system uses two brackets made from a right-hand and a left-hand brace and a joiner block so that it can be printed on a 225mm bed printer. There is also a diffuser panel to direct the air from the fan over the entire grow area. The unit can be attached to an overhead brace or shelf or can be setup to be raised and lowered as needed with the lift system.

Basically, I use a 3mm rope from each corner to the 6 hole lift bracket located directly over each end of the grow light assembly and route the two ropes from the outer holes on one end to the two center holes on the bracket on the other end. The two ropes from the other end are routed thru the outer holes and then back across the bracket and out the #2 and #5 holes. The ropes are joined together and attached to a single rope to be able to lift and lower the light bar-fan assembly.
I have included a bracket assemble that can be added to each end to attach the lifting ropes and clamp the cables going to the lights and the fan. I have also included several cleats to secure the lifting rope. The screws that come with the fan are ideal to attach it to the brackets and the panels can be attached with 6-32 x 3/8” pan heads or roughly equal.
I use PETG, but PLA will probably work OK. None of the parts require adhesion or support, so just let your slicer do its thing.
