3D model description

This is a bowden extruder I designed to capture the push-fit connector.

It will fit the NEMA 17 stepper profile.

I also made the filament path modular so others can change it down the road.

HARDWARE REQUIRED:

Nema 17 stepper motor
idler bearing is 625zz
2x 16mm M3 bolt for mounting male piece to stepper
1x 18mm M3 bolt for mounting male piece to stepper (idler fulcrum)
long M3 bolt and spring and a couple washers for idler

ADJUSTMENTS ONGOING AS I PROTOTYPE

v1 9/17/2016
v2 9/26/2016 -- filament path removed for now. not needed except for flexible filaments, anyways
