3D model description

New design of the 2 upper parts of the printer to accommodate a 608ZZ ball bearing.

This design has undergone numerous improvements in order to :

  • keep the top of the printer unbalanced

  • Do not block the end of the Z axes

  • Do not slow down Z axis rotation

The spindle is always free to move, it is just "enclosed" in the bearing passage. In this way, the rod does not wear out and is not subjected to any stress.

3D printing settings

File to be printed as is, without support, with a fill rate of 20% / 30%.
