Everything fits in the Basegame box but only the yellow, blue and green cards for cities and knights have to be placed separately on the table, By taking out 1 player box you can still provide it with a card tray.

So you can choose to print trays instead of 6, 5 players.
With the extra STL you can print an extra card tray, which has been adjusted in size so that it can be placed in the place of a player box. This is useful if you never play the game with 6 but with a maximum of 5 players. This is of course an extra option that comes free of charge with this insert. This file named SH_CATAN_EXTRA.STL

If all the manuals of all games are put in this box (6 manuals), the lid of the box may be slightly raised. See last photo.
