3D model description

Inspired by large old house type exterior decor, I decided to find and repicate some patterns and scale them to suit bird houses or feeders to add a bit of interest to the wooden structures.

I created the design on a smaller scale and then scaled them to the desired size through the slicer software. So the STL files are the smaller size.

Corner trim pieces could be glued or nailed in place in one of two orientations. I provided holes to accommodate finishing nails. The roof trim has screw hole mounting tabs as shown.

Gcode Files marked LRG or 50% are scaled up from the original STL files. The non-scaled models are marked similar as the stl file name. Note, I print using .g3drem files. My slicer produces that file and the .gcode files but I have not printed with the .gcode files. So it would be better to produce your own from the .stl files and scale them accordingly.

1Hr 27Min for scaled 50% larger corner pcs.

PLA, I used Overture Filament: extruder set to 220C, room temperature bed (25C), 60mm/s, cooling fan on. Infill pattern, rectilinear at 20%.
