3D model description

Hello,

I have designed 12V high flow centrifugal pump with adjustable speed regulator.

It is easy to print and assemble.

on the video Cover was missing, because it was not printed yet.

Hose connections are for 9mm hose.

You might need to calibrate the printer to push rotor on the shaft with correct tolerance. Or you can drill thru 2mm hole and glue it on the shaft.

4x M4x10 bolts
4x M4 nuts
1x 12V electric motor
1x 12V regulator (can be used without it if you dont need speed regulation).

3D printing settings

For the housing I have used TPU material, but also PLA can be used.
All other parts are printed with PLA.

For PLA I recomend nozzle temperature 200 and 60 for bed.
For TPU I recomend nozzle temperature 225 and 80 for bed.
