The crystals are already scaled to 98%. Just glue them in.

Hardsurface is done in Cinema 4D. Sculpting is done in ZBrush. Rendered with octane.

Misc

I had to cut the arms to print separately. I was to risky to break. Just glue the arms to the torso. use small filament pieces for orientation.
