Description

This is a 2 part case for the Banana Pi m2 plus. It allows it to be mounted on a surface with the ports facing you.

Most of the IO has been made available excluding the CSI camera interface and the debug ttl uart. A 40x40x10 fan can be mounted inside the case (thicker fans might be possible but you might run into clearance issues).

The case is held together with 4 30mm hex socket head bolts.

Some parts need to be cut for them to function like the buttons and the sockets for the bolts.

This was done for printing.

The bottom piece has holes for heat set inserts to go in.

The UBOOT button is just a piece of filament with the end melted into a head so it won't come put.

A piece of transparent filament is used as a light guide for the status led.

Mounting holes are positioned in a 17x80mm rectangle, they are 3.5mm big.

The board fits very snugly so I printed the case in PETG so it could be bent so the buttons can fit in. Once in the buttons are in the correct places and are not an issue anymore.

The case needs no support.
