Fragile design. The pins easily brake out when assembling.
Also bad fitment on the upper ring'y thing, the one where you finish assembling. The pin doesn't fit snugly.
I tried printing with 0.12 as well, didn't help.
Also the sides of this ornament are very hard to remove from Cool Plate, even without glue.
And yes, I halfed my print speed.

I am sorry to hear that you had problems. Yes its fragile but all should fit good. I made it 3 times in different size and it worked well .

I am thinking of how i did and i made them with my pei plate and my peo plate . I have wait for the print is totally cold.
Maybe its because of that you wasnt able to remove from the plate . Its not the same plate .
