I was not happy with factor design filament spool hold and I could not find one already created that I liked, so I decided to create my own design. This design has 2 bearings in it that allows for smooth turn as the filament is pulled off the spool (see link below for the bearings that I used). The spool holder arm can easily be detached from the rear panel mounting bracket by simply pulling up on it. The spool holder arm has a 20mm shaft that should be sturdy enough to hold spools of filament. The 20mm shaft is held in place to the spool holder arm with a hand tightened nut, so it also can be easily removed if need. The other end of the 20mm shaft holds the bearing assembly and spool roller sleeve then you have a threaded end cap that screws on to that end that will hold everything in place. This design allows for a straight feed of the filament into the filament tube which should put less strain on the printer to pull the filament.
