Print Settings

Multi-Color Version - To ensure that the sprinkles don't easily break off, I sunk them about 1mm into the frosting. The downside of this is that the first couple top layers of frosting can be messy. To help with this, I used 5 top layers.

Single-Color Version - no special settings are required

The following filaments were used in the pictures above:

  • Bambu Lab Matte Ivory White PLA
  • Bambu Lab Basic Bambu Green PLA
  • Bambu Lab Matte Scarlet Red PLA
  • Bambu Lab Matte Lemon Yellow PLA

other than scaling down, anything else you changed? I think making Christmas earrings would buy me a lot of 3D printing props with the girls in my house :)

A WHOLE PLATE OF DEBBIES! 0.16mm layer, 3 walls, 8% gyroid infill
Did ultra fine .08 print and did ironing on all top layers. Took just over a day but will be great gifts for holidays. Thanks for the print!

These came out so well. I did 5 of the bite version on one plate. took about 8 hours. I used the designers profil with slight modification to the first layer print speed, making it slower. I used Polyterra white, army red, army green and savannah yellow!

I shrunk the size down to 50% and made them into little keychains, they turned out super adorable.

So much wasted filament for the color changes. 100% worth it.

I'm a sucker for food based decorations like this. Already printed one from another site you posted them on, but went here when a friend asked for a batch of 6 normal, and 6 with a bite, to make sure the settings were more optimized. Sadly didn't get photos of the two batches fresh out of the "oven" so the single print I did before and the end of the timelapses will have to do. The white and red are some random PLA filaments I had, and the cake is a peachy skin tone PLA+, but the real kicker is the silk emerald-ish green PLA I used for the sprinkles. Not 100% accurate to the see-through ones on the real cake, but the way it catches the light gives a similar candy feel and contrasts with the frosting nicely.

Great model, printed very nicely and clean. It was the best Christmas gift this year :D Ofc it generate a lot of poop but if you print a little more of it, is not that bad
