If you buy eSuns refill filament, and you use the Bambu Labs AMS, you will need a way to hold that refill filament. This spool system will allow you to do just that.

It was designed to allow you to place the refill on it without needing to remove the refill straps first. There is areas that will allow the straps to not be pinched, so after assembly you can remove those straps without the filament flying all over the place.

This uses friction to fit the two pieces together. I have printed out 5 of these, which I have been using for over a year now. I have never had one come apart in the machine yet. It just works, and it works well.

It will require supports to be used while printing. I have set it up to use small tree supports. So there will be some cleanup after the print that will need to happen. This is minimal, and easily done. I have also added a modifier to the places where the pieces are joined together to make it stronger. That way it will last for a long, long time.
