im new so bear with me..when I open this on my X1C with AMS it shows 7 colors...that can't be right..the file shows 3...any tips on how to change?

It does only use 3 colors. If you slice the plate and click print plate, the pop up screen allows you to assign your filament location per color. like a1,a2,a3,a4. The file was created on a system that has 2 ams on it so it had all the colors loaded.

thx got it to work...how are files like this made...id like to make some of my own designs but don't see how to make areas selectable in Bambu Studio painter? any help is appreciated.

I updated the profile with the model broken down into parts so its easier to color

Not enough white layers, black infill lines easily visible. Pretty neat decor piece for the holidays assuming you can look past the viable black lines on the white parts.
