This is remix with slim, smaller, case with 8 compartments. Each compartment can hold 100-120 pixels without problem which I am sure is more than enough.
Pixels are also redesigned so that they are loose, as I think it is better if you can easily remove them as my child had trouble removing them in original version. Note that now square part of pixel “catches” on board, not round part, as I found out that for some reason on circles small like that, printer is not so precise and tolerances are much harder to maintain.
If you want them to be tighter, you can bump up flow ratio by 0.02 or 0.04 (depends on filament) which will make them catch on pixel board.
Or, you can always experiment with scale function.
Pixel push pin is also redesigned and it is now part of the case, and it is not removeable. Please after printing insert Push Pin part 1 into case, and on top of it glue Push Pin part 2, but be carefull not to glue it to the case. You need only small amount of glue. After gluing, it cant fall out and it is part of the case. To release pixel board, just push “button” on other end of pixel case.
You will need 4 6x3mm magnets. Two goes on pixel board and two goes on case. They will keep board securelly on case, as it acts as lid for pixels to not fall out. Make sure to install Push pin BEFORE you put board in case!
Let me know if something needs to be adjusted. On my multiple tests it worked properly.
P.s. There is optical illusion on first photo, try to find it :)
Have fun :)
