Description

I was really disappointed with the Futaba T8J Monitor mounts I have found so far, so I decided to design my own. I have designed this primarily for use with the Flysight Black Pearl monitor but I will be modifying this design in the future to make it more flexible. You can use the version without the back support if you want. Although I have titled this V2 this is probably the 9th iteration I have made to get to this design.

Notes

  • It has been designed to be printed in two parts that glue together with CA or Superglue.
  • Once printed and glued the mount can be attached to the controller with 2 tie wraps.
The back rest should be printed face down and 100% infill with support on the bed
The base should be printed with 15% infill and no supports

I have printed this in the new Prusa Prusament PLA filament and this looks really nice and complements the look of the Futaba T8J.
