Description

Couldn't find a dry box I liked on Makerworld so I remixed one to my needs. Below are links to the parts I used.

Changelog:

  • Changed labels to be embossed vs concave
  • Made the desiccant holder longer and a little skinnier to fit better in the center.
  • Made the socket deeper where the rollers rest
  • Added profiles to print 2 spool holders at once
  • Widened hole on spool holder slightly where labels go
  • Added a blank label

Hello, I'd like to know which spool to use. None of my spools work, they are all a little too wide.

I am using Bambu, Sunlu, Elegoo, and eSun in it currently. If you measure the width of the spool you're using I can make a slightly wider version.

The slides should be about 66mm total with the wheels right at 55mm. I'll run out to my shop and measure what it printed at for me will take a couple pics too.

Easy to print and assemble for a beginner like me.. Uses commonly available ball bearings. Printed on a P1S using Bambu Grey PLA Basic. Humidity dropped to under 10% almost immediately. I am using molecular sieves instead of Silica beads. Has anyone re-mixed this to print tha base as a single part, rather than 2 interlocking parts?

I only have a A1 Mini but I can add a profile to make it one part instead of two.

Ah, I gotcha. This will give me a chance to play a bit with the software and see if I can put it together. If I get stuck, I'll ask for one. Thanks!

Printed well! I rearranged parts to different plates.

I tried to cram everything into a single file so people could print the plates they needed. It's a little chaotic like that though lol. Glad to see it printed well for you too!

Yes just in one of the little boxes that sits along the bottom. They are included on the plates with 2 different versions.

Worked great for me. Used the V2 roller arms to fit Bambu spools. Thanks

Strength Issue: Pretty good but found this to be extremely delicate, esp pushing the hygrometer in, it'll easily snap
