Summary
This is a XT60 mount for the Shendrones Corgi.
Good to know:
- It is designed to be printed in flexible material!
- The plug may already be soldered!
- It needs to be printed in flexible material to fit inside otherwise it won't because the mold is smaller then the plug.
- You can use the top side as an anti-slip mat
How to print flexible material:
- There is a Bambu Guide on how to print TPU, i recommend reading this:
https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/knowledge-sharing/tpu-printing-guide - DO NOT USE AN AMS TO PRINT TPU if its not TPU with a hardness of 77D or 55D!
- You can print on a Cool plate, PLA plate, engineering plate, high-temperature plate or textured PEI plate, just make sure the temperature is low (30°-35°).
- Use a 0.4 Nozzle.
How to mount it to the frame:
- Just pull your XT60 inside the flex mount from behind.
- There is a 1mm edge on the frontside of the mount to hold the plug in position while connecting or disconnecting a lipo
- Now just slide the mount over the bottom plate of the battery tray. Because it is flex it should fit and sit tight!
