M8 HEX bolts&nuts collections.

Threat pitch: 1.25

m8x5

m8x8

m8x10

m8x12

m8x15

and by 5mm steps to 100mm

All models are exported with tight tolerances.

It is neccessary to adjust X/Y hole compensation for nuts according to your printer capabilities.

My settings:

0.3mm for nice tight fit

Wonderful models, printed perfectly on my A1 Mini with PLA, BUT the only way to get the nuts to fit the bolts was to enlarge the nuts by 3% in X/Y (but NOT in Z). In addition I used X/Y hole compensation of 0.3mm.

Hi, I'm glad you like the models but you are right, the recommended X/Y compensation is wrong. I reprinted the nut with X/Y 0,3mm(but no enlargement) and the fit is tight. I will probably adjust the chamfer on the bolt so it will go easier into the nut. Thank you for your feedback!
