BRIMS RECOMMENDED - SLOW DOWN AT HIGHER LEVELS - May come off print bed, please keep an eye on it
Based on earlier learning with Air Trees https://www.printables.com/model/340401-air-trees-easy I wanted to see what was possible at the upper end of the technique.
Recently I went for my first hot air balloon ride and it inspired me to create this shape.
We had 13 people in that bucket and it felt like we were a feather, so maybe that would work well for this style I'm just calling “Air” since the volumes are almost empty.
This model has 1,100 bridges & an internal girder frame. It's designed specifically for .20mm layers.
Scaling: If you scale to 75% and change layers to .15mm it might work. Same with 50% scale and .10 layers although I'm not sure that will work.
I was at 90% and I tried to add some support and popped it loose myself.
