Replacement part for Emco Star clutch fork, printed in eSun PETG, 5 walls, 100% infill.

Sliding pad part number: C3A 070 030

I drilled and tapped M4 in the fork arms, and used two M4, 15mm long screws to attack the sliding pads to the fork. The sliding pad hole is 4,2 mm in diameter.

For attaching the fork to the frame, use one M6 screw, 35 mm long.

For the operating lever, I used a 8 mm rod with a ball attached to the end. The ball is tapped M4 at one side, secured to the rod with a set screw. The rod is glued in place into the fork.
