Here is a simple Halloween candle holder for a tealight. I recommend using an LED tealight for safety, but if you wish to use a normal tealight, I have left space to place an upturned empty tealight underneath the burning candle to add an element of separation from the plastic.

Remember, never leave candles burning unattended and pay particular attention when having them lit around young children.

No supports are needed for either part of the model and layer height doesn't particularly matter. If you don't want the infill pattern to show up as the light passes through the pumpkin, print at 100%; otherwise, 15% is more than adequate.
