Even with calibration off there is a reduced calibration line. The implied recommendation here was to rearrange the layout, so it doesn’t print over the calibration lines. I just checked the license and releasing a fork with improved print layout isn’t possible, hence up to you to fix. I printed my copy at this point by just pausing the print and scraping the calibration lines off the print sheet.
