Hardware Kit: Wireless Mouse Components Kit 002

Recommended filaments: Matte PLA or if you prefer Basic PLA, that said, you can use any filament you like as long is not TPU ;)

Characteristics

  • With anthropometric dimensions between medium and small, it should be good for anyone with hands within this percentile;
  • It is oriented towards ambidextrous people;
  • Available with 3 variations: Basic, Ergo and Organic
  • 4 button: Left, right and middle (on the scroll wheel) and a top middle button.

Notes

  1. The mouse needs to be functional and tolerances are not the same has an injection mold parts, so some zones have to be adjusted to better fit the 3D print process, on of does zones is the gap between the buttons and the rest of the shell.
  2. The mouse needs to be 3D printed with the least amount of supports, and none supporting the external shell, this to limits the design
  3. Last, this fits on bambu lab kit (version 002), I've opted not to change their internal chassis, this way you can change tops easily :)

Printed in Overture Black CF-PLA with no issues. Made sure to support inner screw channels and middle button post.

Yeah it's a great print sir. Just put it together and yes unfortunately not very "clicky" but I don't believe it's the fault of your design moreso the actual left/right buttons from the kit.. if you press them without a shell they don't "click" in general

Thanks for the kind words and review. My kit button does not click much either. But I have to review this design again. it's not easy to make this mouse shells work with this kind of material (PLA and PETG). A more stiff material will be better, like ABS, but I have to work with the material most of us use daily

Printed from Bambu PLA-CF. Waiting for mouse kit, but so far I love it. EDIT: based on testing I found your design to be too long for my hand.

looks incredible but the right mouse button was constantly pushed down and all in all the button press doesn't feel that nice, I will play around and heat the mouse up to bend the pla. anyway, I really like it!

After printing, the left and right buttons cannot be used, and the model still needs a lot of optimization.
