Description

This design was developed because some of the ones I tried to download and print were not strong enough. I designed this so it was easy to open and close as my wife has arthritis and has found other clips hard to use. I have printed these in PLA,PLA+ and PETG.

No support is needed and it is optimized for 0.2 layer height and a 0.4 nozzle.

I normally fill the bed with them and print a bunch of them using normal speed for first two layers and move on to sport mode for the remainder.

printed great, no supports, locks nicely. flexible enough in PLA to hold a skewer to make rich candy lol.

I like this bag clip so much! Thank You! I wanted an even bigger one, so I tried adding 40mm to both arms using Tinkercad. (40mm added is max size for A1 mini bed😊) It "kind of worked" 😊..it's functional, but not perfect (could not align perfectly) So… I hereby express the wish for a 140mm one…in case it is easy for you 🙏😊

Sorry it took so long but been away. 140mm version here https://makerworld.com/en/models/139514#profileId-152044 Tolerance of hinge is verified but you may need to firmly turn to break layers. I have printed 20 of them and only had to do this on 3.
