Add some Halloween fun with this Oogie Boogie Lightbox. This does require a printer capable of multiple colors, like a Bambu with AMS.
There are two pieces to this model.
- Face - this is the multi-color print,
- Back that press fits into the front. You could glue it if needed. The back has a cord opening and a mini rocker switch.
Basic instructions
- Run an LED strip along the perimeter of the inside of the face, be sure to leave some space so that the back can still be inserted without colliding with the LED strip.
- Run your power source wire through the round opening and solder the positive lead to one of the rocker switch legs. Solder the negative to one of the Neg pads on the LED strip.
- Last solder a wire from the other rocker switch leg to a positive pad on the led strip.
