3D model description

This model is cut into 4 parts to fit in a printer with a platform size of 200mm x 200mm x 200mm.

There is a picture with parts and pieces labeled to their file name in the preview section which you can refer to.

I also include a combined version just in case you need it. It comes in two versions, frame only and with leaf.

The standard version is crafted using the frame only and the included PDF file. This PDF is provided by a friend of mine and I had asked permission to include it. If you need to 3D print the leaf, you can cut the combined version using netfabb.

To maintain the design as close as possible to what is shown in the game, the connecting point between the diamond-shaped part and the frame in part 4 is quite thin. Please be extra cautious when crafting that part. The diamond-shaped part is intended to hold onto the leaf. You can add extra bone pass through the bottom frame and the diamond if it can't hold well.

The PDF comes in two sizes, A3 and Tabloid, choose depending on the paper size you are using. I have no idea how to print using a paper printer. You will need to figure out yourself regarding the scaling and printing process. Take it as a bonus.

Once the PDF is printed, sandwich them between pieces a and b, then slice off any excessive portion from the bottom part of the frame.

You can also paint the leaf yourself and use the same method to install the leaf to the frame.

There is also a tunnel with a 2mm diameter punch on the model for alignment and bone installation purposes. Please note that you will need to use flexible material such as an iron rod/shaft for these purposes as they are in a curved shape. The iron armature used in Gundam modeling is a good option too as they normally come in a smaller diameter.

For the accessories, you can attach them to the body by sandwiching an iron string between pieces a and b.

For scaling, please use the same scale for all the parts and pieces.
