Description

I present to you the result of 3 weeks of work, the Liebherr T284 mining dump truck, which is designed in a way that allows it to be printed entirely in 3D.

This is the first prototype, prepared for gluing with plastic glue, subsequent versions will have versions with screw holes and movable front wheels. A remote-controlled version will appear in the future. Not all tolerances may be correct.

Assembly instructions will appear within 2 days.

Feel free to scale it up or down, if so, you may need to use toothpicks or something like that as an axis.

I used 8slawek8 print. I didn't put in the hoist cylinders and there were 2 parts that I haven't figured out where they go or I guess more, thier purpose in pic one. anyway great model looks awesome. I wish the hand rails were thicker or more stable. I could not fit them in their designated holes which makes them very unstable. the axles were very tight so I drilled out the inside duely tires and slid them on the axle and then just put on the outer which are super tight fit.

Cool model. I printed everything and am trying to put it all together. Do you have any info on how to put it together? Im having trouble with the tires and the back dump lifting mechanism. For the tires, do they just fit onto the axel? The axel is much bigger the the tire hole @mikolaj.mazik

hi, axles should be the same size as tires and they are in my print. The clearance is externally small and some force is required to assemble them but it is doable. if you have any problems, I can modify files and send them to you. Tommorow I will post assembly instruction.
