These are designed to be printed in TPU. (I use Sainsmart TPU 95A) You can use a non flexible filament, but I highly discourage it for comfort reasons.

You will need M5 Threaded Heat Inserts @ 8mm in length to secure in the back end of the footpad. Use your soldering iron to slowly melt and set them in the holes. This kit is pretty nice -https://a.co/d/1ZZ9WmV

You'll need grip tape for the upgraded stock version, I recommend the following. https://1wheelparts.com/products/ignite-grip-tape-onewheel-gt-1

As for the other variations, the pad footprint is bigger, so you'll have to cut your own grip to accommodate them.

Print Settings-

• TPU filament
• Infill 10 -15% (i use line pattern) - increase % for stiffer pad
• Walls - 3
• Top/Bottom Layers - 5
• Support is required
