The tray inlay can be printed in Bambu TPU at a .5mm thickness on the Z axis (untick uniform scale). Love this model, my fedback would be to increase the hight of the tool holders globally by 25% more. Thanks!

Hey, that texture on your build plate looks so awesome and I’m glad you found a way to do it in TPU because I failed when I tried. I hope it brings you lots of organization and space to work on.

Beautiful design. Thank you for sharing! I have uploaded my profile for this with the following changes. I scaled it up on the Z axis by 25% as recommended in some comments here. The tallest container is now 92mm tall. It seems to hold my tools securely. I have also turned off ironing as it greatly increased the print times and personally, it didn't make a difference in the surface quality. The tray is covered by the mat anyway and the mat's top surface is printed against the plate, so ironing didn't seem necessary. I used PLA for my mat for now. I only have black TPU currently and I think something lighter would be better for visibility. Again, I appreciate your great design! Thank you!

Really fantastic. This is my largest print so far and I did it in PETG in my x1c. took about 9 hours and came out near perfect. only minor issue I had was that that this print is so large that it will cover the extrusion calibration lines that get printed so you may want to turn off flow calibration to avoid that. thickness is great and was really fun to watch print. I did gyroidal infill 15%. highly recommend this you will certainly find a use for it!

No, I do A simple PLA but I got this Idea the other day. What if he took a little thing of silicone pour and just poured a little bit in the main section of the work mat and then hard in there and then you had a silicone mat?

Well, that’s not good. I haven’t seen this problem yet with anyone, but it could’ve been gluing the bed or that filament but if you’d like you could print it in a different color sorry didn’t work out for you. Happy Printing

Mine didn't warp or lift off the bed, but the top surface of my tray looked exactly like that. Rough and dull in a big patch, almost like it was burned or something. I used Elegoo Rapid PLA+ and never had a surface look like that. I was guessing it was due to ironing? I turned ironing off for my profile.

Maybe the ironing is too fast, could also be a too low flow rate or a worn nozzle.

Are you meaning you want the insert part or you Have already printed the insert, but you want it thicker

i’ve tried twice in pla and abs and i get splitting between lines. i feel like a cross diagonal second layer would really do the trick.

i’m sorry I don’t exactly know what you mean, but I really would like to get this issue resolved to make it easier. Try uploading a picture to or you have to explain it to me different. You’re probably saying it fine but I’m not extremely experienced with 3-D printing. thanks for your time and consideration!

I love this print. The base does take advantage of the entire print area of the plate, without needing to disable the cutter.

I’m not a big fan of the exclusion zone but I’m glad I found a way around it

Really like it. I'll probably print a couple more for different work stations. I do wish I went for the 25% larger option as others have said, but the original is still fine to use. I optimized the print to make printing the body in PLA faster and and combined it with the TPU version of the mat. I used Bambu Silk Ice Blue and TPU 95A White on a P1S with a textured PEI Plate. Thanks for the upload, will get lots of use!
