The whistle weighs under 4 grams and only flushes .36g when printed multicolor. That means this costs under $0.10 or £0.08 or €0.092 if printed in PLA.

Printing:

Print the 3mf or use these settings:

1. 0.12mm fine @BBL X1C (or p1p,p1s,a1) THIS IS A MUST: THIS PART IS TIGHT
2. PLA in ams (optional but will allow multicolor) (or try other untested filaments)
3. Print sequence: By object
4. Auto place
5. Ironing: all top surfaces
6. seam position: random
7. sparse infill density: 20%
8. Sparse infill pattern: Gyroid

Assembly:

1. Align the 2 halves so the “bowl” shapes face each other and the side that was on the bed is on the outside
2. Place on firm STEADY table or floor (i do not want to see collapsed tables in the makes section please)
3. Lightly tap with hammer, heavy book, or blunt end of screwdriver to fit
4. If you feel you are using too much force to fit part or part snaps remake the part with outside scaled up a few percent or on extra fine quality
5. once assembled put lips around outside and breathe
6. If whistling is faint use a deburring tool to open up holes slightly
