I designed and printed this Halloween Pumpkin using a battery operated tea light for my grandchildren and I thought I would share it.
Approximately 7" in diameter, tea lights used are Homemory LED tea lights 1.4" in diameter and can be found on Amazon (they have a good battery life).
I used eSun PLA+ filament in Orange and Pine Green.
No problems at all printing, as expected with eSun filament. I did use a small amount of support under the base for the first few layers and also requires support to produce the top teeth of the bottom section.
Re the top section there is a reasonable amount of support for the inner lid.
I enjoyed the ability to use the AMS for the lid to produce the stalk, there are 39 filament changes to produce the lower section of the stalk in the pine green colour.
Everybody I have shown the model to have enjoyed it.
The two parts are positioned together using three pins.
