the model would be useful but unfortunately size/tolerances are bad. it seems like the inside surfaces where the scanner should fit are not modeled but a rough scan of the scanner itself. this makes the surface irregolar instead of smooth and the scanner won't fit unless the part is greatly resized. Additionally you can spot model errors that don't adapt to the scanner itself. It's barely usable, you can keep the scanner onlt half inserted (will work) but it's not nice unfortunately

Hi thanks for your feedback. This model was made before the scanner was released the a rendering of the scanner I put the slot in the front to allow the handle to flex when putting the scanner in. This is the first comment saying it doesn't fit I will revise the model but if you was to increase the size by 1% or use a lower percent infill to allow the flex.

Thanks for the reply! I'm not into reprinting this, a slightly larger sized part will fit a bit better for sure but will still be not great as the inside faces are looking like a low polygon model with a lot of irregolar faces instead of one smooth oval shaped hole. A part from that there is a small "lip" or "ledge" down in the bottom part, that will probably prevent the scanner to be inserted completely unless you upscale a bigger value that will probably lead to rattling of the scanner when inserted. All good, i'm using it as is with the scanner inserted maybe 70%, works for now. Would probably redesign one myself if i need it a lot in the future, will see 👍
