Designed to fit most milling machines and 65mm spindles. Quick and safe installation - the guard clamps onto the spindle sleeve. Without taking up unnecessary space all around.

The guard consists of a removable magnetic ring with nylon bristles. Easy and quick access to replace the cutter.

Divided into two separate sections, so that the pumped air from the rotor of the cutter is not fed under the extractor, but outside the outline of the motor.

Dust collection has been greatly improved by focusing more of the inlet around the spindle axis. The inlet area has been designed to maximize the flow rate. The suction channel designed in this way improves the chip and dust removal function, even for weaker vacuums and extractors. A large suction area needs powerful extraction - our solution performs well even with domestic vacuum cleaners.

Expandable! Everyone has unique needs, and we tried to be as flexible with this project as possible. Additional brush rings, dust hole reducers, replaceable brush and spacer rings, and a ring for mounting lights.

The cover is 3D printed and comes with neodymium magnets installed. If you buy additional magnetic accessories - magnets are included, but not installed.

Quick access to the cutter!
Grab, pull and you're done! Change tools without interference. While the guard is securely attached to the spindle, the brush ring can be easily removed to access the cutter retaining nut. Removing and installing the brush simple as ever, 12 neodymium magnets securely lock the brush in place.

Soft and flexible brush!
Smaller machines require a soft brush - many dust guards use a brush designed for front doors or pest control - these types of brushes are too stiff. We use a flexible nylon brush dedicated to CNC machines - a durable but very flexible solution for CNC enthusiasts and hobbyists. The magnetic ring is designed to allow easy replacement of bristles in case of wear or damage by the workpiece.

you need at least 12 mm of exposed spindle under the chuck,
thickness of the spindle clamp - 7.5 mm,
at least 8.5 mm around the spindle to any obstruction (i.e., the distance between the spindle and the Z-axis gantry plate),

Quick installation:

Tighten the mounting screw until the base is firmly attached to the spindle - then turn an additional 1/4-1/2 turn. This is for safety, that it will not fall out in "flight".

Important note: Do not use a drill to tighten! Use an allen wrench for installation. It is good practice to use the long end of the wrench inserted in the screw and the short end as the tightening torque.

Remember that you may need to cut the brush to fit your particular configuration. Use caution when first adjusting the guard.
