Description

Simple to print, you dont need a multi colour AMS or MMU unit. All you need is black and white filament. This will print in any FDM printer capable of printing 0.08 layer height.

This filament painting is created with Steve Lavitas' brilliant Hueforge software. It creates beautiful colour 3D prints from images. Photos dont do justice to the prints, they have to be seen and felt to be appreciated. The original image was converted to black and white and optimised for Hueforge.

About the Model:

A Hueforge filament painting created from a lithograph by J.B.Khanna and Co. The lithograph captures a pivotal moment from the ancient Indian epic, the Ramayana, where Hanuman, the devoted monkey deity, carries Lord Rama and his brother Lakshmana on his mighty shoulders. This iconic scene illustrates Hanuman's unwavering loyalty and incredible strength. The image vividly portrays Hanuman's immense size and muscular form as he carries the divine duo on his shoulders. His face radiates determination and devotion, reflecting his unwavering commitment to Lord Rama's cause. The relationship between Lord Rama and Hanuman is characterized by deep devotion and unwavering loyalty. Hanuman is considered the most ardent devotee of Lord Rama in Hindu mythology. He reveres Rama as his beloved Lord and master.

Printing Instructions:

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
PLA+ Esun JD Black Transmission Distance: 1.6
PLA+ Esun JD White Transmission Distance: 10

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #4 (0.4mm) swap to White for the rest.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For colour accuracy you will need to print with white filament with a Transmission Distance (TD) of 10. The TD of the black does'nt seem to matter. But dont worry, just use ESUN White and Black. I chose Esun because that brand seems to be universally available across the world. You will have the same result with ANY white filament with a TD of 10. To find the TD of your filament check out:
