Description

Three clever rope puzzles, easy to make. Requires only rope and a 3D printer!

These puzzles use 4mm (5/32") wide rope

550 paracord.

Puzzle 1:

What you'll need:

2 x Two holed rectangle
4 x Sphere bead
2 x 30cm (12") of rope

Puzzle 2:

What you'll need:

1 x Triple peg
2 x Sphere bead
1 x Large ring
1 x 55cm (22") of rope

Puzzle 3:

What you'll need:

1 x Four holed plate
1 x Large ring
2 x Sphere bead
1 x 60cm (24") of rope

Print guide:

No supports
2+ walls, +20% infill
Sphere bead needs brim

Printed perfectly on P1S with no brim on beads. No supports, 20% infill. All objects printed on the one plate together. Great puzzles.

Printed fine with no brim or supports on X1C with textured build plate using OVV3D Dual Color Silk PLA. It did not take very long to figure out the puzzles though.

These are so cool! I printed them in Christmas colors and used some silver paracord. My nephew and niece will love to play with them on Christmas Eve!
