Just in time for the NBA Championship, this action set will keep you (or maybe your kids) entertained for hours. OK, you can't really play with the players on the fridge - they need to go on the floor, with the hoop set a few inches off the ground. Just load the ball into the player's “hand” and flick his little pedestal for a sweet rainbow jumper. It's more challenging than it looks!

The backboard can be printed in a single color and painted (what I did), or I've also provided two separate files for the orange border (1 layer thick) and for the white backboard. These can be printed with dual extruders, or using the print-on-print method. The hoop can be printed as a single piece, but with a filament color change when you get the net portion. There are both Lefty and Righty basketball players, and lastly, an authentic-looking basketball with built-in brim for printing. All parts print in the orientations shown and without any added supports, brims or rafts. Use a 0.2mm layer thickness.

After printing, the hoop simply slides into place in the backboard. (Add a drop of superglue if it doesn't stay put.) Each player will need a 12mm dia. x 3mm thick magnet (optional) and the backboard needs two 12 x 3mm magnets.
