There are 3 GIFs that explain how to use it! For small bottles, use the loop; just slide it over the narrow part, and once you reach the bottom, just pull. For large bottles, use it like a regular bottle opener. For medium-sized bottles, use it the same way as the large ones, but you need to flip the tool upside down and lever against the bottle's thread. SIMPLE!
