A pocket-sized holder with a sliding lid for storing individual eye drop vials. Comes in a small size (holding up to 2 vials) and a large size (holding up to 3 vials).
Highlights
Keeps your eye drop vials in a sturdy container so that you don't have loose vials lying around
The lid is able to easily slide open for access but also stay securely shut
Has a separate compartment for quick access to your last used vial
Lanyard holes on the front let you attach this holder to a lanyard or keychain
Printing notes
Print the size that you need: Plate 1 is the smaller version and Plate 2 is the larger version
The sliding lid works best in PLA because this piece will bend and curve across corners (but it should not break from my testing)
TPU does work as well but you may not find the lid closing sensation as noticeable
For context, the lid secures itself shut by “jamming” itself into the corner
TPU will still “jam” but it also scrunches up unlike PLA which is a bit stiffer
Ensure that “Detect thin walls” is enabled
Assembly
Slide the side of the lid with the knob along the edges of the holder
You can help navigate the lid around the corners by pushing down on the lid as you slide it across the corner
To slide the lid off, push down on the side that is “jammed” up in the corner to allow the lid to move
Other notes
If you find the sliding lid to be a bit stiff, you can flex the lid to help break the stiffness (no need to fold the lid)
I tested the holder with Systane Ultra PF vials (Amazon link) as they're my preservative-free eye drop of choice but also they are the largest individual vials I've seen so any other vials should fit
