Would not advice on printing it in PLA because its under the heated bed.
Use PETG or ABS for good longevity.
Can use the top as a tool holder which is a perk.
Has Space for other mountings, maybe a buck converter like I have VHB taped on.
Also has holes on the side for wiring to the mainboard (mainly for UART 4pin and maybe 5v Buck Converter to over engineer the Pi's Power Input). You might need to trim a grill for passing JST connectors through.
I'll put in a .step file for any adjustments you have.
