This adapter is for this jig: Pocket hole Jig XK-2.

This adapter slots directly into the back of the pocket hole jig. It's for use with a 34mm hose.

I've included the Fusion 360 file, where you can change it to whatever size hose you want. The maximum adapter size is 35mm because that is the actual size of the walls of the back of the jig.

Print with supports. I've included a .3mf file that has organic supports, which works perfectly for this model.
